0165(2)(c) There was one cord capable of forming a loop not secured during the monitor visit in the kitchen and outside on the house wall. 0165(2)(d) There were some plastic bags in the kitchen and in the art and craft closed cabinet during monitor visit. The plastics were moved to locked cabinet during the monitor visit. 0165(3)(a) There was some sharp nail sticking out of the wood fence outside and the fence had rough edges splintering hazard. In the kitchen there was some sharp knifes that were on top of the refrigerator accessible to older children must be removed and made inaccessible to children. The knifes were moved to locked cabinet during the monitor visit. 0165(3)(f) There was some cabinets that were not securely anchored posing a risk of falling or tipping in licensed room.
